By using handymandeluxe.com or requesting services from Handyman Deluxe LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Our services
Handyman Deluxe provides handyman, painting, repair, and mobile welding services in North Idaho, Eastern Washington, and Western Montana. Specific work, pricing, and timelines are agreed in a separate written estimate or work order before any job begins.
3. Estimates
Submitting an estimate request through the site does not create a binding contract. A job is only confirmed once we have agreed on scope, price, and schedule in writing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting false information, or using the estimate form to send spam or harassing content.
5. Intellectual property
The Handyman Deluxe name, logo, photos, and site content are owned by Handyman Deluxe LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Handyman Deluxe LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability for any direct damages relating to actual work performed is governed by the applicable signed work order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho.
